“Natural Marriage” Vs. …Unnatural Marriage, of Course

In an article I happened to peruse today from The Christian Post titled

Conservative Christians Pleased With GOP Chair’s Words on Abortion, Gay Marriage Positions

I was struck by the following:

Tim Wildmon, president of the American Family Association, told The Christian Post that it was “gratifying to hear the chairman unequivocally reaffirm the party’s commitment to natural marriage.”

Natural Marriage.  Which refers to traditional marriage of course, but I like the sound of that better than “traditional marriage,” because the term “natural marriage” would distinguish it from “unnatural marriage” of course.  I would recommend that proponents of marriage, real, traditional marriage consider using the term “natural marriage” because by implication it defines all other so-called “marriages” as unnatural.  Others have advocated calling it “Holy Matrimony” to differentiate it from whatever else now gets called “marriage.”
